I've only heard of Ramavath, maybe its just a twist someone added? Alot of people are adding letters and changing the spelling to make names more unique these days. Im not sure of the meaning, but Rama means high or exalted.
What religion/surname does it have to go with? (for meaning). There are soo many sanskrit names to chose from! any particular letter you want it to start with?
