In Serenity what is written in Hindi or Sanskrit on the cruiser? It's name obviously, but what?

In Serenity what is written in Hindi or Sanskrit on the cruiser? It's name obviously, but what?
Its the name of the ship, which is Serenity, just written in a different language. Serenity's not the universe they are in, it was a battle Mal was in where he lost all his troops, so to commemorate that he named his ship Serenity. Was that nerdy that I knew that?
Reply:Wow. That's a tough one. Not sure you're gonna get an answer short of emailing Joss Whedon himself. If the Wikipedia entry for Serenity doesn't have it, I don't know what would. (BTW, it's 'reavers') Good luck!
Reply:I thought all the writing was Chinese, as that was a dominant language in the Serenity universe. I'd have to pull out my DVD to be sure, though.
